Officers want to speak to this person
Police want to speak to this person following reports of someone ‘acting suspiciously’ during the early hours.
Officers from Greater Manchester Police are investigating following incidents that occurred on Coronation Street in Heywood on Saturday March 29, between 1am and 5am.
No further details about the alleged suspicious behaviour were released by GMP.
It’s believed the suspect was recorded on a number of doorbell cameras in the area.
One resident, whose home was targeted, told the Manchester Evening News they first noticed what had happened when they saw the footage captured by their doorbell camera.
The incident had taken place outside their home at around 4.20am while the residents were asleep.
In an appeal published on its GMP Rochdale Facebook page today (Saturday March 5, 2025), the force said: “Officers in Heywood want to identify a person acting suspiciously on Coronation Street between 1am and 5am on Saturday 29 March and nearby on Magdala Street and Middleton Road last night – if you can help, call us on 0161 856 8726 or 101 quoting log 15-050425.”
