The actress wasted no time in demanding answers from her fellow Dales resident

Emmerdale star Amy Walsh took to her Instagram to call out her on-screen sister Michelle Hardwick as she asked “where’s your loyalty?”

During Leyla Harding’s funeral, viewers were treated to a series of flashbacks that showed Leyla knew three big secrets from different villagers.

With two of the secrets already exposed – Suzy and Mary’s kiss and Manpreet posting racy photos – the third secret is set to send shockwaves across the village in upcoming episodes.

Leyla caught Amy stealing money from Pollard’s farm shop till. Pollard has been struggling with his finances since he spent Brenda’s life savings on a cryptocurrency scheme. As he’s been unsuccessful in trying to sell the shop, he even wanted to resort to arson before Kerry managed to talk him down.

Unfortunately, things get worse for Pollard when he reads over the accounts to finally prepare to sell the business. He notices the missing money and instantly blames himself, with Tracy wracked with guilt as he leans on her for support.

In upcoming episodes, Tracy can no longer handle the guilt and goes to her sister Vanessa to ask for her help. Tracy is grateful when Vanessa lends her the money to pay Pollard back, but she makes him believe that he had misplaced the money to begin with.

Speaking to the Manchester Evening News, Amy Walsh said: “I think in a weird, twisted way Tracy was protecting him by not telling him how she treated him and then it was all worked out in the end because the money wasn’t missing. If you think about it from the perspective of it’s all about the money for Tracy, she just thought the money was missing.

“Now it’s there, he doesn’t have to know a thing and all will be well again and probably selfishly knowing if he did find out she’d lose a job and she’d be worse off and all the rest of it.”

However, things will soon escalate when Pollard takes Tracy for a meal at the Woolpack to thank her for all of her support and help. A drunk and angry Vanessa walks in and exposes Tracy’s big secret, leaving everyone in the Woolpack shocked.

Taking to her Instagram on Saturday (5th April), Amy reposted a picture of the spoiler that reads: “My sister’s a thief”, as she captioned: “She outed me!!!! @missmichellehardwick where’s your loyalty?” followed by three laughing emojis.

Michelle later reposted it to her own Instagram story and joked: “Drunk Vanessa”. Her character Vanessa is currently struggling to come to terms with her girlfriend Suzy’s death.

Not only that, but she also recently learned that Suzy was planning on ending things with her the day of the horrific Valentine’s limo crash that claimed her life.
