After over a week of glorious sunshine, the UK is now experiencing days of overcast weather.

M&S shoppers in the hundreds are raving about the V-Neck Button Front Relaxed Cardigan and it’s not hard to see why.

It costs £29.50 but those who have already gotten their hands on the piece say it ‘feels like cashmere’, which is a lot more expensive.

It’s also available in four gorgeous colours. Shoppers can pick up the budget-friendly cardigan in grey marl as well as black, cappuccino and light natural.

The long-sleeved cardigan is available in sizes extra small to extra large, most of which are still in stock online. It’s crafted from soft air-yarn for a lightweight yet warm feel.

The piece is designed in a relaxed fit, with a v-neckline and a button-through fastening for easy styling. Thanks to its versatile styling, the cardigan can be worn with jeans, linen trousers or a skirt.

The M&S Collection V-Neck Button Front Relaxed Cardigan boasts an overall star-rating of 4.4 out of five based on more than 450 reviews. One satisfied shopper said: “Beat cardigan I’ve bought. It goes with everything and the quality is amazing.”

A second wrote: “Beautiful cardigan, that feels soft like cashmere. One shopper, however, said the V-Neck Button Front Relaxed Cardigan is ‘lovely and warm’ but gave it a three-star review because of the ‘boxy’ fit. It reads: “I would have kept this cardigan but very boxy. Which i keep forgetting is the fashion but not for me. Nice and soft.”

But another loved their latest M&S purchase, adding: “Love this cardigan. Soft. Warm. Stylish. I am a size 10/12 and went for a size small. Fits perfectly. Great with jeans. I have this cardigan in the cappuccino and lilac colour.”
