Dianne Buswell has said she is ‘so lucky’ as she shared a sweet family post on social media before teasing working with boyfriend Joe Sugg.

Fans of the Strictly Come Dancing star will know the she recently spent some time back home in Australia with her family. Dianne had quite a bittersweet trip as she was hit with a number of obstacles relating to her loved ones.

While away, she confirmed the heartbreaking loss of her beloved Nan before sharing how her dad has been unwell and in the hospital, where he underwent emergency heart surgery.

Later, during an episode of her and Chris McCausland’s podcast, Winning Isn’t Everything, Dianne reassured everyone about her dad, Mark, as she said: “He’s doing well everyone. He’s doing really well. First and foremost, I’m going to put that out there because we’re very happy about this news that he is in recovery and the doctors think he’s doing great…”

It was then that Dianne explained that the doctors have been amazed at the speed of Mark’s recovery having undergone a double heart bypass as the main artery to his heart was blocked, which was only discovered when regular check-ups following a previous cancer diagnosis flagged concerns with his heart.

But despite the challenges she and her family faced during her weeks back Down Under, Dianne did also get to spend some much-welcomed quality time with her nearest and dearest, including her neices and nephews.

In a new video post to Instagram, Dianne shared a video in which she appeared to be singing and dancing alongside her neice and nephew, the children of her brother Andrew.

A caption across the video read: “How do I explain to my future children that all my neices and nephews were actually my first kids.”

She also typed alongside the post to her 1.1 million followers: “To all those aunties out there isn’t it just the best! I’m so lucky to be an aunty dot to 4 beautiful girls and 2 cheeky boys.”

Her fans were then quick to respond as they shared their own messages in the comments section. @lynnemarshall67 said: “You’re the best auntie to those kids & u will be the most amazing mum to your future children.” @caitlinwestiexoxo wrote: “So cute!! your def the fun auntie!!”

@alyssa_sun_24 commented: “This is so lovely. I love being the fun aunty…but then handing them back when they cry too much.” @eddo_official posted: “Stopppp you have the sweetest relationship with your nieces and nephews. It’s so special to see how much they adore their aunty Di.”

Meanwhile, Dianne has since returned to social media and has seemingly teased she’s working alongside boyfriend Joe, who she met and fell in love with when they were paired together on Strictly in 2018.

Taking to her Instagram Story, she shared a selfie of the pair as they seemingly sat in the back of a car. Alongside the snap, Dianne wrote: “Filming together today [red heart emoji] @joe_sugg,” before adding a video camera emoji.
