However, some customers have commented on the durability of the blender’s parts over time. “The only challenge so far is that the lid on the blender has refused to close. I have contacted Ninja though and they promised to replace it however I think it is important to put this review in so the fault can be rectified from the manufacturers,” writes one reviewer.
