If you’re looking to pick up some new games alongside your new Nintendo Switch 2, Very is the place to shop.
The Nintendo Switch 2 is officially available to pre-order right now with several retailers opening up their stores for customers to try their luck on grabbing the new console. It’s releasing until June 5, but now is the time to get an order in if you want to play one the day it releases.
While most retailers are offering bundles that include the Switch 2 and Mario Kart World, there’s one retailer that is sweetening the deal with some exclusive bundles that don’t seem to be popping up anywhere else. Very is selling bundles that don’t just include the console and Mario Kart World,, but other games that are coming to the platform too.
Currently available on the Very site, you can find a bundle that includes Mario Kart and Donkey Kong Bananza, plus another bundle that includes the Switch 2 edition of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Another bundle includes Mario Kart and the Switch 2 edition of Street Fighter 6.
Here are all the links you need for each bundle including their respective prices:
When working out the cost of these bundles, you’re not actually saving any money than you would if you purchased the games by themselves. However, it’s worth going for these if you know you’re going to be picking up the games anyway as it ensures that they will arrive the same day they release.
It’s worth noting that Donkey Kong Bananza isn’t set to release until July 17, so you’ll likely see that arrive in the post a few weeks after the Switch 2 arrives. Still, it’s something to look forward to after you’ve finished rinsing Mario Kart World for days on end.
The bundle that’s really worth picking up is any that includes Mario Kart World. While the other games aren’t being included at a discount, Mario Kart World actually has £32 knocked off the MSRP if you buy it alongside the Nintendo Switch 2.
Switch games are set to become much more expensive than we’re used to, so it’s worth saving what you can now. Nintendo rarely reduces the price of its games over the console lifespan, so £34 for Mario Kart World is likely the cheapest it’s going for get for years to come.
If you’d rather pick up a Nintendo Switch 2 elsewhere, here are all the other places that currently have stock or are expected to see stock soon:
