Day 29: Today was tough. We did a trail marathon yesterday and went to bed late. I felt like I had a hiker hangover, no headache but just felt tired and groggy. We don’t think we hydrated enough before going to bed last night but I do feel like we rehydrated quickly this morning. We were down to minimal food hiking our final day before resupplying in Damascus. They say the trail provides and they’re not wrong. …
