Shoppers are raving over a perfume duo that they insist gives them a mood boost in the morning and helps them unwind at night. Gloriah’s Energise & Unwind Duo contains two 10ml roll on fragrances that are designed with specific times of day in mind and they’re available in a £25 set – working out at £12.50 per fragrance.

Hey, Sunshine is a refreshing blend of salt, wood and sage that brightens the day. Some shoppers have reported it having a citrusy smell. One shopper said: “Love this scent, it’s like sunshine in a bottle. Gives me an instant lift in the morning!”

A second penned: “I apply this as soon as I wake up, and it instantly lifts my mood. A must-have for slow mornings!”

A third wrote: “Not overpowering at all, just a beautiful, light scent that wakes me up in the best way.”

Slow Jam however is a much more relaxing scent at the opposite end of the spectrum with a soothing blend of myrrh and tonka. One shopper said it was ‘like sleep in a bottle’ before elaborating: “I keep this on my nightstand and use it as part of my wind-down routine. Love it!”

The duo together make people feel more confident overall, one shopper said: “I can’t explain it properly but using these makes me feel like I’ve got my sh*t together, like I’m looking after myself more.”

The lesser glowing three-star reviews on the website read: “I Just wanted to try something new and now i’m addicted. it’s like my body knows when it’s time to wake up or wind down.”

“These are my comfort items now. i keep them on my bedside table + always roll on in the morning.”

It is worth noting that the website doesn’t list the full notes of the scents which can make it tricky to know exactly what to expect. Gloriah isn’t the only brand on the market to design fragrances with emotions in mind. Charlotte Tilbury released a collection of six perfumes that each aim to invoke a specific feeling.

Charlotte’s Collection of Emotions starts at £20 a bottle for each scent although it’s well over £100 for a full sized bottle. For those who are interested in more unusual takes on perfume Amorecco’s Late Night Gelato, which retails at £58 for a 50ml bottle, boasts a sweet smell that is made to be tasted.
