The incident took place at the Old Trafford Metrolink stop on Tuesday 22 March 2025. Wright, of Bebbington Close, Sale, has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Minshull Street Crown Court on Monday (April 28).
A spokesperson for GMP said: “Nathan Wright (28/10/1990) of Bebbington Close, Sale, has been charged with attempted assault, battery and possession of a controlled drug.
“He has been remanded into custody ahead of a scheduled appearance at Minshull Street Crown Court on Monday 28 April 2025.
“This charge relates to an incident at Old Trafford Metrolink stop on Tuesday 22 March 2025.”
