Rochelle Humes has shared an ‘honest’ admission with fans as she was quizzed over whether she had ‘help’ at home as fans watch her busy lifestyle unfold on social media.

Fans of the This Morning star will be aware that she is married to JLS star Marvin Humes and the loved-up couple share three children – Alaia Mai, Valentina and Blake.

Away from family life, Rochelle is best known for being a singer-turned-presenter but is also spinning many plates as a businesswoman having launched her own official venture back in 2020.

Earlier this year, the mum-of-three celebrated five years of her brand. In 2020, she launched My Little Coco, a brand of multi-purpose products suitable for all skin and hair types, and the brand has continued to grow.

She also co-owns matcha brand, Cloudcha, and opened her own talent agency, The RH Group, which looks after her and her husband Marvin Humes’ career among others, and more recently she launched her own platform, Ladies Who Launch, which includes a podcast.

Over the past week, Rochelle has been taking some time away from her business duties to enjoy some family time with Marvin and their kids as they headed on a sun-soaked Easter break to the Maldives.

But as she headed back to the UK, Rochelle took some time to take part in a Q&A with her followers on Instagram and one was quick to acknowledge Rochelle’s busy lifestyle.

They asked: “Do you have hlpe at home as you work so hard!! Don’t know how you do it,” to which the former The Saturdays star said: “I do have help, I’m going to be honest, I’m not sure I’d be able to spin as many plates if I didn’t.”

She continued to type to her 2.3 million followers: “Obviously the children are in school 5 days a week (Blake in preschool), Marvin hosts radio 11-1 so his hours slot perfectly around the school run. We have an incredible lady (called Dita) who helps with the house.

“She’s like family and has worked with us for years and then my mum helps us SO much, we would be lost without her. I feel so lucky that our ‘nanny’ is their actual Nan. We always try and make sure we are pulling opposite work shifts so one of us is always there! The only time that’s not possible is when we record our TV show [The Hit List] and then the children stay with my mum.”

Rochelle rounded off by adding: “I squeeze as much into school hours as humany possible and take it week by week.”

It led to Rochelle being asked for tips on “keeping your identity and still being you after becoming a mummy” to which she shared: “I think, firstly, it’s knowing that it’s okay to still have on.e I struggled quite a bit with that at first, I felt somewhat ashamed or embarassed that I also had passions and ambition aside from my family!

“People really put there opinions on you if your choices look a little different to theirs! Give yourself permission to still want to be YOU!”
