Police have launched a search for a missing 69-year-old man.

Martin has dementia, according to Greater Manchester Police (GMP).

He was last seen on Vicarage Crescent in Ashton-under-Lyne at 9am yesterday (Saturday, April 5).

He was last seen wearing hiking boots and a woolly hat.

Officers say they are becoming increasingly concerned, and want to make sure he is safe and well
