Michelle Keegan has sweetly shown her support for one of her former Coronation Street co-stars after they both welcomed their first babies weeks apart.

Fans will know that the actress welcomed their first child into the world in early March with husband Mark Wright. They announced their baby girl’s birth a week after she made her safe entrance into the world.

Michelle, 37, and Mark, 38, took to social media with their first photo of the newborn, while confirming her birth date and name to their millions of fans and followers.

Alongside a black and white photo of them holding their newborn’s tiny hand on Instagram, Michelle and Mark told their millions of followers on March 12: “Together we have a new love to share … Our little girl. Palma Elizabeth Wright… 06.03.25.”

It was then earlier this month that former Corrie star Sacha Parkinson announced the birth of her first child in a sweet social media post. The actress made the joyous announcement in an Instagram post on April 15 as she marked a week since her daughter’s arrival.

It was back on Christmas Eve (December 24) in which Sacha, who played Sian Powers in the ITV soap, announced she was expecting as she debuted her blossoming baby bump for the first time.

The reel showed photos of the mum-to-be clad in red silk pyjamas, which revealed her growing baby bump. “Merry Xmas Eve huns – I have a feeling next year is going to be a wild one,” she wrote in the caption.

She then confirmed her bundle of joy’s arrival into the world. Sharing black and white pictures of the newborn on Instagram, the former soap star said: “1 whole week of Sadie.”

Now, Sacha has returned to Instagram with picture from her stunning pregnancy photoshoot, which was organised by friend and fomer Corrie partner Brooke Vincent.

The gorgeous images, which showed the then-mum-to-be showcasing her baby bump as well as being joned by her pet pooch, were shared with the caption: “As if my little munchkin was in there all that time. Thank you @brookelevivincent for organising such a special shoot and for including my fur baby.”

Michelle, who shot to fame playing Tina McIntyre in Corrie, was among those to respond, writing: “Beautiful,” in the comments section alongside a string of red heart emojis.

Brooke, who played Sophie Webster in the ITV soap, replied: “Most beautiful,” along with a number of love heart eyes emojis. Adam Thomas also commented on the post: “Beautiful,” while brother Ryan added: “Wow wow.”
