Gorka Marquez told fans he had ‘no words’ as he was supported by his Strictly Come Dancing co-stars over an amazing milestone.

Fans of the dancer will be aware that he has recently been touring alongside fellow pro from the BBC One dance contest, Karen Hauer.

The pair are no strangers to hitting the road together with their own joint-headline shows, with their last being part of their Firedance series.

But after a brief hiatus, Gorka and Karen returned to performing up and down the country earlier this year with their new tour, Speakeasy.

Their first show in February at the Perth Concert Hall was to a rapturous reception, marking the highly anticipated start of their biggest-ever UK tour, with a whopping 41 dates.

The fabulous show’s aim was to transport audiences through the decades in an electrifying celebration of iconic dance styles, immersive storytelling, and stunning choreography, all set against the vibrant backdrop of the roaring 1920s through to the disco era of the 1970s.

But as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end and Gorka and Karen wrapped up their epic tour with an amazing milestone as they performed their Speakeasy show on a West End stage.

Ahead of the show, Gorka took to Instagram and said: “One last time. Excited. Grateful. Thank you to everyone who came to watch @speakeasytheshow. THANK YOU. Dale chamina @karenhauer.”

Karen, meanwhile, shared her own post on her own platform and said alongside pictures of them both during previous shows: “West End Night. I love my cast. It’s been a ride.. Thankful. Here’s to one more with you all. @gorka_marquez let’s get it.”

Following the show, Gorka reshared his previous post to his Instagram Story and simply said: “NO WORDS. THANK YOU,” alongside a red heart emoji.

And he was quick to reshared the videos of support from his and Karen’s Strictly co-stars who were in the audience to watch the pair. Sharing a clip of their final bows, Kai Widdrington said: “This amazing pair @gorka_marquez @karenhauer.”

Lauren Oakley gushed: “Wow wow wow! What an amazing evening. My friends are incredible.” Jowita Przystal shared: “Loved every second of that show! Goosebumps!!!!

“Well done to all the cast. @karenhauer @gorka_marquez you two are just another level… [face holding back tears and heart emojis]. And amore @arduinobertoncello I’m so proud of you, your choreography was outstanding! Masterpiece!”
