The actress congratulated co-star Isabel Hodgins after she helped to celebrate her special day
Emmerdale star Laura Norton declared love for co-star Isabel Hodgins after she took to Instagram to celebrate the “beautiful bride”.
Isabel Hodgins has played the role of Victoria Sugden in Emmerdale since 2006, and announced her engagement to now-husband Adam back in 2023.
Recently, the actress shared that they finally tied the knot as she posted various black and white snaps of her wedding day, including a close up of their rings.
Isabel wrote: “Mr & Mrs Whitehead.12.04.25.” as well as “Husband and wife” after sharing some more polaroid’s of her special day.
Various co-stars shared their love for the bride and groom, including Eden Taylor-Draper who was one of the actress’ bridesmaids.
Eden took to her own Instagram and shared a carousel of pictures from the wedding, as she wrote: “yes to forever [white heart emoji] @isabelhodgins @adamwhitehead13.” Isabel was quick to respond as she wrote in the comments section: “What a day! I love you so much. Thank you.”
Actress Laura Norton joined the ITV soap in 2012 and took on the role of Kerry Wyatt. She joined the soap as the estranged mother of Amy Wyatt who was later adopted by by Val and Eric Pollard. Fans will remember that Amy was one of the three confirmed deaths in the limo crash earlier this year.
On Monday (21st April), Laura Norton then posted her own set of snaps from the big day, including a cookie that had her name iced onto it.
Alongside black and white photos of Isabel blowing a kiss while next to Adam, and another snap of Laura and Isobel, Laura wrote: “My little sister got married to the most wonderful man and my heart got a whole lot bigger.
“Most beautiful bride ever with the most amazing adventure ahead. I love love” she finished while adding a love heart emoji and tagging the happy couple.
Isabel was quick to respond to the star as she replied: “Love you so much and so glad we got to share this day together”.
Laura then cleared up some confusion in the comments after a follower said they didn’t realise the two were “sisters”.
The actress wrote: “not my real sister but still, my sister”.
