Celebrity Big Brother’s Jack P Shepherd left fans in stitches as he did what they called the ‘most northern thing ever’.

The Coronation Street actor’s place in Friday night’s (April 25) final of the ITV series is confirmed after over two weeks away from Manchester.

Jack will be competing against drag queen Danny Beard, singer Chesney Hawkes, Dance Moms’ JoJo Siwa, comedian Donna Preston and Love Island’s Chris Hughes in a public vote to declare the winner.

Despite the emotions of his fellow housemates appearing to be reaching boiling point, Jack’s love of tea has continued to be his main priority on the show since day one.

The Corrie veteran is seen at almost all times with a cup of tea in his hand, even drinking it out of a pet bowl during a challenge last week.

In scenes that aired on Wednesday night (April 23), Jack went on a rant to Patsy about one thing that’s disrupting his experience after she offered him a cuppa.

“A couple of them (teabags) please Pats. You know what I’ve noticed? The water down here is crap. It’s awful. So bad.

“You notice it in your tea, you go ‘what is this’. You’re up against it massively down here. I’ve had to double bag, so I can’t taste the godawful poisonous water,” he said.

A few minutes later, Donna informed Jack that he forgot to take the drink Patsy made for him, leading him to break out in a joyous dance.

He sang as he returned to the sofa with his drink: “Cup of tea, cup of tea, cup of tea, yeah!”

Those watching at home took to X, previously known as Twitter, to have their say on Jack’s latest hilarious comments that reflect his northern lifestyle.

During a recent appearance on Lorraine, Jack’s fiancée Hanni Treweek lifted the lid on how deep his obsession with tea goes.

“I would say in one day we are looking at about eight cups of tea. In the Big Brother house, he’s going towards double digits. They stay up so late as well.

“He makes a brilliant cup of tea and that’s what I really miss. When he’s at the house, I need him to make a cup of tea,” she admitted.
