Boden has reduced a summer dress that’s so ‘slimming’, it’s selling like ‘hot cakes’ according to the brand. Boden’s Eloise Tiered Jersey Dress normally costs £76, and shoppers insist they’ll be ‘wearing it all summer’. Now it’s been slashed to £57 for a limited time, in a 25% off everything sitewide deal.

If you want the maximum 25% off discount though, you’ll need to be quick, as it’s only valid until Sunday the 27th. After then, there will be 15% off everything until the 28th April, and 10% off everything until the 29th. You can see everything included in the sale here.

The Eloise Tiered Jersey Dress is currently available to buy online in sizes 4 to 22, and regular and petite lengths. You can also choose from five different colours and patterns – all of which have been reduced.

The tiered midi dress has all the Boden signatures – pockets, soft jersey and a flattering fit. Combined, these features make it a firm favourite. Its popularity is reflected in its 4.5 out of five star rating, with some shoppers liking the dress so much, they want it in all colours and patterns.

One impressed shopper gave the Eloise Tiered Jersey Dress five stars, writing: “I’ll be wearing this a lot this summer. Casual but can be dressed up. I’m 5’4″ and 140 – size 6 is perfect.”

A second wrote: “I’m quite busty and usually go for something more streamlined, but this feels and looks lovely on. I got the blue. It’s a brighter blue than the ad. Fits true to size and is very feminine and comfortable. The neckline is a little too low, my bra is visible so I’ll have to sew it up by about an inch I think, but otherwise very pleased.”

A third added: “Bought the green. Bright color, as shown. Fits great! Very slimming and easy to wear. Can be dressed up or dressed down.”

Less impressed, one person gave it four stars due to the length, writing: “This is such a pretty dress; bright blue in colour, a great neckline, cap sleeves and a nice drape, although the jersey is certainly summer weight. Unfortunately, it falls at a funny length for me, I’m just over 5’9″ and it falls at the least flattering point of my calf! If it were 10cm longer I would have kept it.”

But another said: “Most of my other Boden dresses are a US 10 but I very comfortably fit into an 8 petite. Neckline is low-ish (I think it’s flattering but not necessarily church- or office-appropriate) and requires me to wear a plunging bra rather than my usual full-coverage bra. Got the green dahlia pattern and absolutely love it with my dark hair and pale skin. Not see-through at all. Highly recommend!”
