Taking to his Instagram handle on Tuesday (April 22), RJ Ashish shared some pictures of his fond memories with his late wife Ruchi Mishra. Along with it, he penned a note about how they met in college, how they fell in love and then became parents. He wrote, “We met in 2004, Bangalore. 18-year-old college kids. Pretty sincere while dating. Nine years of dating followed by marriage and then having a most charming kid together. 21 years of relationship was not less than a roller coaster ride, mix of every emotion but I never thought of this terrible day ever. I lost my wife in a tragic incident.”
He further explained how her passing has deeply affected him. He still can’t believe it’s real and wishes the incident was just a nightmare. He wrote, “Dum ghutt raha hai ye batane mein, she’s no more. Can’t believe it, don’t want to believe it. Kaash bol sakta, it’s just a nightmare but it’s not.” He concluded by requesting fans to pray for her.

While Ashish Sharma did not disclose the reason behind his wife, Ruchin Mishra’s, passing and termed it as a “tragic incident”, a social media user claiming to be a classmate of both shared some shocking details about their relationship. The classmate, who called themselves an “unfortunate witness” to the tragic incident, revealed that Ruchi was obsessed with Ashish, calling her “literally crazy” for the former RJ.
The classmate pointed out that Ashsih had missed many facts about their relationship in his note and revealed that their marriage was on the verge of breaking. They wrote, “I believe that a half truth can be more harmful than a complete lie. In your obituary, you omitted significant aspects – the broken relationship, Ruchi’s emotional struggles, her living separately with her 12-year-old son, the ongoing divorce case between you two and the way she committed suicide.”
